Today, the Idaho Second Amendment Alliance celebrates our 13th anniversary!
The accomplishments of the ISAA and its members during the last 13 years are immeasurable. No gun group in Idaho, national or otherwise, has been able to do the things we have done.
From our beginning fight for Constitutional Carry, expanding it twice, helping push Second Amendment Preservation Act expansion, stopping gun control, getting anti-gun signs taken down on public property, overturning anti-gun ordinances, and so much more, the ISAA has led the charge time and time again for Idaho’s gun owners.
And during all those fights, the ISAA did not compromise like many gun groups.
We do accept gun control for something we want. We don’t do backroom deals; instead, we always keep our members informed about the fight for the right to keep and bear arms in Idaho.
As we head into the future, there is a lot of work to do. Here are just a few of the issues facing Idaho’s gun owners:
- Stand Your Ground Immunity and Reimbursement
- Fixing Firearm Preemption
- Providing Immunity for Public Events that Recognize the 2A
- Holding Banks Accountable for Discriminating Against 2A Customers
- Removing More Anti-Gun Ordinances
We have a lot of work to do, and we can’t do it without the continued support of Idaho’s gun owners.
