DEFINITIONS:

(a): “ISAA,” “our,” “us,” and “we” refer to Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Idaho.

(b): “You” and “Your” refer to a person, entity, corporation, body, assembly, and/or authorized agent who uses or attempts to use electronic services provided by Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc., including but not limited to www.idahosaa.org.

SCOPE:

This privacy policy applies to any Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc. website, application, service, or tool (collectively, “services”), including but not limited to www.idahosaa.org (herein referred to as the “website”), regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.  

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information which you voluntarily enter on our website or provide us in any other way.  By interacting with our services in various ways, you might provide us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information or other financial information, and email addresses.  This list is non-inclusive and is for illustrative purposes only.

We automatically receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.  For example, like many websites, we use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when you access our services.  Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide certain features.  The Help feature on most web browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.  However, since cookies are an integral part of our website’s functionality, we recommend you leave them turned on.  For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you may not be able to fully utilize our services.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

It is our policy not to sell, rent, or lease your personal information to anyone. We use your information to respond to you when, in the event, you contact us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about updates concerning our organization, which may include new products and/or services, and additional changes to this privacy policy.

Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc., is the only owner of the information contained within and collected by our services. While we may employ other companies, organizations, and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, they are bound to the privacy policy set forth herein.  We only share your information with trusted companies, organizations, and individuals who are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described here.

We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to enforce and apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc. and others.

You have the right, at any time, to opt out of any future contact from us. You may opt out at any time by contacting us via the email address and phone number provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy and on our website. Additionally, you may request to see what data we have about you, change or correct any data, have us delete any data we have about you or express any concern you have about use of your data.

DATA SAFETY AND ENCRYPTION

When you submit information or data to us, we take extra precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information to our website, your information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  We use vendors that employ PCI compliant 256-bit encryption for both gathering of data, electronic mail use and credit card data submitted to our site. Our payment processor, RedFynn, uses the highest means of data encryption currently available to keep your information secure. Our electronic mail provider uses the highest means of encryption available to keep your information secure. We have access to your name, e-mail address and other personal information, that you provide to us (with your submission of information to us through the website). This information is limited, however, to your name, address, city of residence, state of residence and ZIP code. We do not store personally identifiable information related to your social security number, credit card number, debit card number, security keys, password, username or any other sensitive personally identifiable information for one-time payments or recurring payments. Our payment processor, RedFynn, authorizes one-time payments through our website but does not store that information for future use. RedFynn uses a proprietary encryption process which masks personally identifiable information (such as credit/debit card information) from us and RedFynn. RedFynn will provide options for you to submit recurring donations to us, however that information is unavailable to us and is only used at your request for payment processing through our site and our payment processor RedFynn. Persons that choose to use the recurring payment option through RedFynn should be aware that the computers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment and are not accessible to our staff or that of RedFynn.  You may at any time, request that, we (through our payment processor, Anedot) suspend or eliminate the personally identifiable information used to submit recurring payments to us.  All information that is transmitted through RedFynn is encrypted and is inaccessible to both RedFynn and us through a proprietary encryption process employed by us and RedFynn.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

You can always choose not to provide us with your information, though such information may be required to fully utilize our services.  If you do not wish to receive email or other communications from us, please contact us with your communications preference at the email address and phone number on our website and at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.  However, please note that if you choose not to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those notices will still govern your use of our services, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.  The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.  Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on’s setting or visiting the website of its manufacturer.

COPPA NOTICE

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) imposes certain requirements on operators of websites or other online services directed to children.  Our services are not designed or intended for use by children.  If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you may use our services only with the involvement and direct supervision of a parent or guardian.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from any children under the age of thirteen (13) years old.

FOR IDAHO RESIDENTS

As a commercial entity doing business in the state of Idaho, Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, Inc., as well as any parent companies, subsidiaries, and partners, is fully compliant with Idaho Code § 28-51-105.  If we become aware of a breach of the security of our system, we will conduct a reasonable and prompt investigation to determine whether the personal information of an Idaho resident has been or is reasonably likely to be misused.  If we determine misuse has occurred or is likely to occur, we will notify the affected Idaho resident as soon as possible.  We will also notify the Office of the Idaho Attorney General within 24 hours of becoming aware of any breach of the security of our system.  You may read the full text of Idaho Code § 28-51-105 at
