A male employee at a Boise business fired a weapon in self-defense after being attacked by three individuals.
Boise Police report that one of the suspects, Bailey Geesey, entered the business and stole alcohol. The employee confronted the 18-year-old female, instructing her to leave and not return.
That’s when things took a violent turn.
The woman then approached the employee and punched him in the face. As a physical altercation was unfolding between the employee and Geesey, two additional suspects entered the store and began assaulting the employee. One suspect was an 18-year-old Junior Antonio Alvarado Hernandez and an unnamed juvenile.
BPD says the employee was on the ground as the three suspects hit, kicked, and stomped the employee, who was backed into a corner.
The employee was able to retrieve a firearm and fired at the suspects, hitting Hernandez. The suspects then fled the store.
Officers eventually found the vehicle, and Geesey and the juvenile were arrested, while Hernandez was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim was also taken to the hospital with what police described as serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
All three suspects have been charged with felony aggravated assault, and Geesey was also charged with a misdemeanor commercial burglary.

Need to set an example with the 3.
All 3 should get 10 years ,plus a fine.
Victim should be able to sue all 3 and there families.
Is Junior a citizen?
“ That’s when things took a violent turn.” should be written as “That’s when the 18 year old female turned violent.” Are you writing news or pre-teen thrillers? You do a lot to make the aggressive individual mysterious. I get it. Being thoughtful and impartial is difficult for anyone incapable of honest self appraisal.
Are you trying to justify their actions?
!00% agree. Try harder “ISAA”
What in the world were they thinking. We have the right to defend ourselves.

FAFO….
Right on
The book needs to be thrown at these three. We need to demand that happens. This liberal mayor is trying to turn our city into Portland. She also needs to go. An example needs to be made that we will not tolerate that kind of behavior in Idaho.
