It’s been five years since BLM riots swept the country, and the McCloskeys are finally getting their AR-15 back.
There were several widespread stories about gun owners during the BLM riots: Kyle Rittenhouse and the McCloskeys.
Rittenhouse defended himself and was taken to trial. He was ultimately acquitted on all charges.
Mark McCloskey, however, never fired his rifle, but had it ready while standing outside his home as a violent mob broke into his gated community, with his wife also holding a handgun during the same time. The McCloskeys were both charged with felonies in the initial aftermath of the incident, but both ended up pleading guilty to misdemeanors.
However, in 2021, Missouri Governor Mike Parson pardoned the McCloskeys, and their records were eventually expunged.
Now, after three lawsuits and multiple appeals, Mark has his AR-15 back, and his wife is still fighting to get her pistol back from the Saint Louis Police Department.
Mark posted on X after getting the AR-15 back:
“It only took 3 lawsuits, 2 trips to the Court of Appeals and 1,847 days, but I got my AR15 back! We defended our home, were persecuted by the left, smeared by the press, and threatened with death, but we never backed down”
Both the Rittenhouse and the McCloskey stories are examples of political persecution, something the ISAA is fighting to prevent here in Idaho.

I see this happening in Idaho. The police protecting bad guys and harassing patriots.
What can we do to fix it?
