NFL Player Arrested on the Way to the Gun Range

NFL linebacker Denzel Perryman was arrested in California on his way to the gun range, according to TMZ.

Perryman plays for the Los Angeles Chargers and has been in the NFL since 2015. Before being traded to the Chargers in 2024, Perryman played for the Houston Texans.

Perryman was on his way to the gun range when he was pulled over for vehicle-related violations. However, it isn’t clear what vehicle violations occurred or how the police knew about his firearms.

According to reports, Perryman had several AR-15s and a handgun in his vehicle. While the Second Amendment should protect his right to keep and own those weapons, the communist state of California says otherwise.

Perryman is now facing felony charges for possession of weapons that California banned. It’s likely that Perryman got the weapons while in Texas and moved them to California when he was traded.

Either way, the fact that a law-abiding citizen is facing prison time simply for exercising his Second Amendment rights is outrageous.

Hopefully he’s got enough money to fight for his God given right to bear arms.

FYI, it isn’t illegal to posses what he has. The only ones breaking the law and their oath is police officers, judges, representatives and the governor. Californians need to understand that no law that Ca makes can go against our Bill of Rights, these laws against the 2a are null and void.

History needs to be taught so we don’t repeat it. Why do we have the Bill of Rights, why do these rights come from God and not man.
