Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador has joined 14 other red-state attorneys general in a lawsuit that could bring down the National Firearms Act.
The ISAA has long opposed the NFA and called for its abolishment. We are strong advocates for H.R. 335, introduced by Rep. Eric Burlison (R – MO), and we worked with Congressman Russ Fulcher’s (R – CD1) staff to encourage him to sign on as a cosponsor for H.R. 335, which he did a few months ago!
However, we are also hopeful that GOA and other groups involved in the big national lawsuit will also be successful at getting the NFA abolished forever.
And we are excited that Labrador has joined the lawsuit effort on behalf of Idaho’s gun owners. Labrador has been an ally for gun owners for many years and has been speaking out against injustices against gun owners across the country.
If you want to sign the ISAA petition to support H.R. 335, you can do that here. You can also contact Congressman Mike Simpson (R – CD2) and ask him to sign on as a cosponsor as well. His email is [email protected].
Either way, all real gun owners can agree the NFA must go!

it should have died 91 years ago with US v. Miller.
