Gun owners in California have some relief from the state’s communist gun control laws on at least one front: the ammunition background check.

The court wrote in a 2-1 opinion, using Bruen as its basis, that the state’s ammunition background check law violates the right to keep and bear arms. The court stated that the law was broad and overly burdensome to the state’s residents.

Gun owners should expect that the state will request a full panel and attempt to get the decision overturned; however, it will be interesting to see if they do so, considering the Bruen decision may prevent gun grabbers from pursuing frivolous challenges to the U.S. Supreme Court.

California, Oregon, and Washington are all great examples of why you can never believe a gun control advocate when they say “just a little” or “just common sense stuff” or any other common lie.

There is only one goal for gun grabbers: the destruction of the Second Amendment.
