Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
As a Christian nation, the birth, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus are integral to our country’s founding. Religious freedom was a bedrock of our fighting the Revolutionary War, as England had a state religion that all had to follow.
Some of our followers may ask why we talk about religion when we are a Second Amendment organization.
That’s a great question!
I started this group because I felt a duty to my country and God to ensure that people could protect themselves. The ability to defend life is essential to our survival.
However, today, we recognize that death is not the end and that everyone will be raised again, just as Jesus did. He overcame death, and that gift will be bestowed on us all someday.
We hope you have a happy and wonderful Easter.
But more importantly, we hope you will remember what today is about.
