Idaho State Senator Dan Foreman (R – Viola) has introduced a bill that would significantly improve the status of Idaho’s campus carry law.
Senate Bill 1008 has cleared an introductory hearing and is waiting for a full public hearing in the Senate State Affairs Committee. Foreman introduced a similar bill last year, which never got a public hearing.
