PETITION TO THE JEROME COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

We, the undersigned citizens of Jerome County and supporters of the Second Amendment, strongly oppose the recent vote restricting lawful firearm possession on county property. This action appears to violate both the Idaho Constitution and state law, which clearly protect the right to keep and bear arms.

We demand the immediate reversal of this illegal vote and call on the Commissioners to uphold their oath to defend the Constitution—not dismantle it.
